Senior delegation from Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries of Denmark head to Westminster

Dods Training international delegation - Denmark
6 November 2014

In late September a senior delegation from Denmark came to London to undertake a two-day bespoke programme on policy and strategy in Government.

The high-level group, including the permanent secretary, from Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries of Denmark, wanted to undertake a programme which combined tailored and relevant case studies with expert training and senior guest speakers.

Our Westminster Explained experts quickly set to work designing a programme which, underpinned by streamlined policy making, would consider innovative practice at a time when budgets were being tightened.

The programme included tailored training, a tour of the Parliamentary estate, a panel discussion of expert MPs and the opportunity to meet with senior officials in DEFRA including the Permanent Secretary. All sessions included presentations from experts and the opportunity for the delegation to network with counterparts and ask questions.
