Clair Fisher

Clair is a public sector management professional and an executive coach who delivers skills trainings in leadership, team development and in delivering policy fields.

Beginning her career on the prestigious Civil Service Fast Stream, Clair held a variety of posts in Whitehall, Brussels and in Regional Government; including working on a White Paper Drafting Team in the Home Office, and as Private Secretary to both Lords and Commons Ministers in the Lord Chancellor’s Department.

Most recently she was the Deputy Director for 'Place Performance & Partnerships' at the Government Office for the South East (Senior Civil Service). From a strong Public Sector leadership background Clair offers a range of consultancy, training and coaching focussing on developing effective leaders and high performing teams.

She is currently a visiting lecturer at Brighton University, an associate of Local Partnerships, a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a reviewer for the Evidence and Policy Journal.
