Paul Briggs

Paul has a first-class reputation for designing and delivering practical and engaging competence-based courses in a variety of management subjects. 

He was a civil servant and worked in the DHSS and the MoD before becoming an independent training and development consultant in 1999. He uses the principles of ‘Systems Thinking’ and ‘Action Learning’ to design and deliver training courses in the following subjects: writing plain English; communication skills; managing performance; interpersonal skills; leading and managing teams; and project management in action.

He has an MSc in Management Training and Development and an abiding interest in management theory and practice, particularly in Systems Thinking.
