Paul Tran

Paul is an independent consultant with experience across many market sectors including Public, Professional Services, Finance and Telecoms.

Paul specialises in Leadership, Management, Customer Service and Personal Development and has delivered development programmes and consultancy initiatives in UK and Europe. He has worked in most sectors, particularly in the public sector, where he has been responsible for designing and delivering customer service and management programmes with local authorities in Scotland and England. He has also worked on large-scale coaching and development programmes for management within the finance and telecoms sector.

After a career in the Civil Service, recruitment and welfare-to-work, Paul set up his own company in 2002, specialising in business skills training, coaching and consultancy. He delivers quick-fire 90 minute training sessions right through to long-term development programmes.
